Conditions for using Khmer Travels and purchasing travel services.

Khmer Travels provides travel search, booking and support through its website and Android/iOS app. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. You must have legal capacity to purchase the service and permission to act for every traveller included. Protect your account and report unauthorised use. Public browsing does not require an account. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Search prices and availability may change before purchase. Check the final amount, currency, baggage, fare restrictions, passenger names and travel dates before paying. Supplier conditions shown for your selected service form part of that booking. A search result, pending payment or reservation hold is not an issued ticket. Travel is confirmed only by the applicable issued ticket, voucher or written supplier confirmation. Any displayed hold deadline and fee apply to that hold.
Pay using an authorised payment method through the checkout displayed by Khmer Travels. Travel payments cover services consumed outside the app. Do not pay again solely because a bank return page is delayed; check booking status or contact support. Changes, cancellations, no-shows, fees and refund eligibility depend on your purchased supplier conditions and mandatory consumer rights. Review the cancellation and refund policy. Refund processing also depends on the supplier, gateway and bank. Account deletion does not cancel a booking or trigger a refund.
Check passport validity, visas, transit rules and entry requirements with official authorities. A visa application is not a guarantee of approval or entry. Airlines, operators, authorities and payment providers control their own services and decisions. Khmer Travels will use reasonable care to transmit your request and assist with issues; it cannot guarantee a supplier’s availability or an authority’s decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
You may use the app for personal or authorised travel arrangements. Do not interfere with systems, impersonate others, upload harmful material or copy restricted content without permission. The app loads current content and booking rules from Khmer Travels servers, so internet access is required. Some operating-system changes and native features still require an app update. Contact support@khmertravels.com or Khmer Travels support with your booking reference for complaints, payment concerns or accessibility help. Do not send passwords or complete card details. Updates to these terms are dated here. Terms accepted for an existing purchase continue to apply unless law requires otherwise; mandatory consumer rights remain available.
