Delete your account

Use this page in the Khmer Travels app or any browser. You do not need to reinstall the app or contact support to delete your account.

What will be deleted

Your account and sign-in details, profile photo and contact information, saved passengers and passports, saved custom itineraries, support inquiries and account sessions. This action is permanent. Apple access is revoked when a token is available.

Records that may remain

Booking, payment, refund, outstanding balance and dispute records needed to fulfil travel, protect financial claims or meet accounting and legal obligations remain in restricted business records. Deleting your account does not cancel bookings, waive a balance or create a refund. Contact support with your booking reference for those requests. Backup copies expire under the backup schedule and must not be restored to an active account.
