Important information and conditions for using Khmer Travels AI chat.

Khmer Travels AI is an optional travel-information feature. It generates responses using OpenAI based on the message and media you choose to send. It can explain our app, point to available services and help you prepare for a search. It is not a human travel agent, immigration authority, airline, payment provider or emergency service.
Chat is off until you review this notice and actively accept it in the app. When you send a chat message, selected image or voice recording, that content and a limited recent chat context are sent from Khmer Travels to OpenAI to generate a reply. Do not send passport numbers, travel-document scans, passwords, one-time verification codes, bank or payment-card details, medical information or another person’s private information. You can stop using chat at any time; chat is not required to browse, search or manage a booking.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Verify fares, schedules, baggage rules, visa requirements, entry conditions, safety information and any other important travel decision through the live booking flow, the relevant supplier or official authority. The assistant cannot search live inventory, make or change a booking, accept payment, issue a ticket, guarantee availability, or decide a visa or border outcome. Do not rely on it for emergencies, legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.
Use chat lawfully and do not submit harmful, unlawful or misleading content. You can use the Report reply control in the app to flag an incorrect or unsafe answer; the reported answer and reason are sent to Khmer Travels for review. For account, booking, payment, privacy or urgent travel support, use our support channels rather than relying on AI chat.
Read the Mobile App Privacy Policy for information about retention, deletion and service providers, and the Mobile App Terms & Conditions for the general app terms. We may update these AI terms when the feature or its providers change. A new version in the app requires a fresh acceptance before chat is enabled again.
